How I can help ?

 In my experience, there is no "one-size-fits-all" in therapy. That said, working with me provides you with:

We go at your pace. I know how key our mental health is and just how bad we can feel, when our doubts and fears become overwhelming. You won’t be pushed to share anything before you’re ready. This is a space for honesty, reflection, a few lightbulb moments – and sometimes, a little laughter too. And entirely tailored to your needs.
